I no longer tell people to quit their job. I simply don't feel comfortable doing it.
Back when I first started creating content, things were different. You could quit your job, start pursuing your dream, and if it didn't work out, you could find another job relatively easily.
But the job market has shifted. With AI advancing and competition increasing, finding work isn't what it used to be.
52% of graduates can't find jobs after leaving university. 1.8 million people are currently unemployed in the UK.
So, what's the solution? Stop chasing our dreams? Give up?
No. The solution is to build proof first. Proof your dream will work. Proof people want what you're selling. You need someone to say yes before you hand in your notice. And you do that by taking the first steps to build your dream while you're still employed.
I cover the roadmap to do this in my book. Everything from keeping expenses low to a step-by-step plan on how to get started.
If you're ready to take the first step, I'm launching the paperback on January 1st.

P.S. I still believe this: you can't finish building your dream while working a full-time job. But you can absolutely start it. And starting is what makes leaving possible.
