There’s a HUGE problem with our youth.

The youth are facing a huge problem.

I’ve asked hundreds of kids: “What’s your dream? and more often than not they say…

“A computer scientist” “An AI analyst” “A dentist”

But when I ask why, the reply is almost always the same:

“Because there’s a gap in the market.”

That’s crazy to me! Because deep down, they want to be astronauts. Inventors. Creators. But they’ve been conditioned to trade their passion for practicality.

And before you think I’m blaming teachers… I’m not. Teachers are amazing. I’ve met so many who actually agree that the system is broken and are working hard to support kids despite this.

They’re as trapped by rigid rules as the students they’re trying to help. And it's FINALLY time for change.

I believe it all starts with simply rephrasing a question:

Instead of asking kids what job they want. We should ask what problem they want to solve. Then give them the tools to solve it.

That’s why I’ve spent the last 12 months pouring everything I know into writing a book to teach kids business.
